Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 May 2026
Applies to: www.casinoivy-uk.com
This Privacy Policy explains how this independent affiliate review site collects, uses and protects data when you browse. This site is not operated by Ivy Casino, Betable Limited or Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited — it is a standalone review resource. Any outbound click to the Ivy Casino site takes you to a separate data controller operating under its own privacy policy.
This policy is written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your data subject rights, contact details are in section 6.
What data we collect
This site collects as little data as possible. There are no user accounts, no newsletter sign-ups and no forms requiring you to submit personal information directly to us.
Analytics data
If you have accepted analytics cookies, an analytics service (such as Google Analytics 4) collects aggregated, anonymised information including pages viewed, approximate geographic location (country or region — not precise location), device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, and general engagement signals. This data does not identify you as an individual and is used solely to understand how readers use the site and to improve content.
Affiliate tracking
When you click an outbound affiliate link to Ivy Casino, a tracking parameter is passed to the destination site so the affiliate network can attribute any resulting sign-up to this site. This site does not receive or store any personal data about your activity on the Ivy Casino website. Any data collected after you arrive at Ivy Casino is subject to Betable Limited's own privacy policy.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may retain standard server access logs (including IP address, timestamp and page requested) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Third-party services
This site uses a small number of third-party services. Each operates as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 — provides anonymised audience and traffic analytics. IP anonymisation is enabled. Data is not used for advertising targeting.
- Affiliate network (tracking) — when you click a "Visit Ivy Casino" link, a click-tracking redirect passes your click through an affiliate network server to enable commission attribution. No browsing history, name or payment data is shared with this site.
- CDN-served assets — fonts, icon libraries and CSS frameworks may be loaded from public CDNs. CDN servers may log standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, requested resource). These logs are outside our control and governed by the CDN provider's policies.
We do not sell, rent or share visitor data with any third party for advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.
Your rights under UK GDPR

- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to data portability — where we process your data by automated means on the basis of your consent, you may receive a copy in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Right to restriction — you may ask us to suspend processing of your data in certain circumstances.
We will respond to all data subject requests within one calendar month as required by UK GDPR. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Data retention
We retain data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Analytics data: retained per the analytics provider's settings — for Google Analytics 4, event-level data is retained for a maximum of 14 months by default.
- Cookie consent records: the preference cookie is stored in your browser for 180 days, after which you will be asked again.
- Server access logs: retained by our hosting provider for a maximum of 90 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
- Affiliate click logs: held by the affiliate network for the duration required to track commission attribution (typically 30–90 days after the click).
When data is no longer required it is securely deleted or anonymised. We do not keep data longer than necessary.
